"Perfect Picnic Spot"

Leu Gardens is a beautiful spot to hang out with your kids and let them discover nature. The best time to visit is early in the morning when things are dewy. This spot is also amazing to take photos of your kiddies. They host a storytime on the first Monday of the Month. There is also free admission on Mondays until noon. It tends to get crowded but its a great spot to hang out with other Moms and kids. There is a porch with rockers on the back of the house to relax. There are spots everywhere to take a nice picnic.

"The Gardens"

We went here when my now 2 year old was about 6 months. I am planning to take my 2 year old and 6 month old sometime this Spring. The Flowers and trees are beautiful and during the week they offer free admission on certain days. Not an ideal "Summer" outing in my opinion though. Beautiful old trees, butterfly garden, rose garden... bring a Blanket and let your little one play on the greens. Lots of moms and their little ones love to go.
