"Great visit during harvest season"
The Half Moon Bay nursery has a wonderful selection of plants for plant lovers, but for kids, they will love the next door Lemos farm where pumpkins and pony rides promise endless hours of harvest themed fun. Some fun tractors for kids to play on. Great seasonal arrangement for major holidays and entertainment. Beware of heavy traffic along Hwy 92 on sunny weekend days.

"Fun with the Family"
Keep a sharp eye out for the turn into the nursery. This is a rambling, gorgeous kingdom of blooming garden and house plants, from orchids and ferns to thousands of geraniums, herbs, azaleas, camellias, climbing vines, hanging baskets, and seasonal bulbs—a veritable flower show. Wintertime, it’s cozy in the main greenhouse by the wood stove. Just west, across the highway, Lemos Pumpkin Patch is popular with little kids, offering weekend pony rides and a play area.

"Good for all ages"
This is a cool place to go if you have a little one or an older kid interested in science. You can see so many plant species! The nursery staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Fun to spend an afternoon.

I love getting out of the city and into the garden.
