Admission to the combined Museums of Colonial Williamsburg (DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum, Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, Bassett Hall) is included in the following Colonial Williamsburg general admission passes: Capital City One-Day Ticket, Governor’s Key-to-the-City Two Day Pass, Freedom Pass, Independence Pass, CW Hotel Guest Pass, and also the local resident Good Neighbor Pass.
Colonial Williamsburg’s newest interpretive site, this typical middle-sized rural colonial Virginia farm offers visitors a chance to see how ordinary folk lived, with slaves and their masters working side by side. A new slave house and tobacco barn opened in 2005. Children will learn how to plant crops, turn soil, split wood, and cook over a fire—and never complain about loading the dishwasher again.
