GrassRoots Festival of Music

Dates for 2012: July 19-22  
The festival is presented over a four day period (Thursday-Sunday) on four stages which run ridiculously long hours to accommodate the 60 some bands that play the festival. The band selection reflects the eclectic tastes of our 'amorphous committee', a difficult to nail down group of musicians and artists who lean toward roots related & world music.

The GrassRoots Festival is fun for the whole family! The Festival welcomes children of all ages, and children 12 & under have free admission with a parent or guardian. We strive to create a relaxed, family-friendly environment and have a large kids' activities area in a central location.  
In the Kids' Area, children make crafts, enjoy performances and play games. It has its own schedule of daily activities and performances.
