"This playground rocks!"

My 2 year-old loves this playground because it has so much to offer: the carousel (it does cost $2 per child, but it's a very nice one), all kinds of climbing structures, slides, etc.
The weather is usually very nice on that side of the park (less wind and usually sunny), so my daughter and I often visit this playground. Overall, I am so happy that there is a playground like this one that I can take my kid to.

"A Marked Improvement Presents a Supervision Challenge"

As someone who remembers the suredly lead based paint coated, 70's looking playground equipment, this renovated and updated Children's Playground is an ENORMOUS improvement!  It might also initially appear larger than the original playground at first. I think this is because the newer equipment blends into the park's landscape more while the original stuff was huge and shall we say, colorful.  (Anyone remember the purple and orange circular climbing structure?)

WORD OF ADVICE: Supervision in this playground can be challenging if you have two kids on two different developmental levels wanting to hang out in two different areas of the place. Do take a back up adult with you to manage such a situation.  We give this upgrade high fives all around though! My kids LOVED it.
