"Impressive"

This is a great destination to take a break and eat a scenic lunch during your visit to the capitol.  Homeschoolers will find it to be a treasure of educaitonal opportunities.  Take time to review the display of famous Floridians.  Tours are available throughout the capitol.

"Good for older children"

The Historic Capitol building in Tallahassee is free and open to the public.  The artifacts are beautiful and very interesting, however, this may not be the best museum for smaller children.  There isn't really any interactive exhibits or kids play zone available.  It is a great visit if you have older children or for a homeschooling curriculum.
