"Fun with the Family"

Featherstone Center for the Arts in Oak Bluffs (Barnes Road 1⁄2 mile north of the Vineyard  Haven/Edgartown road blinker) on Wednesday nights during July (rain date: Thursday nights). Movies start at 8:00 p.m., and admission is $6 per adult, $4 per child under 12, or $15 a carload (no sneaking anyone into the trunk!). Introduce your kids to silver screen classics that you haven’t seen since you were their age! Movies from the 1930s to the 1960s are shown Thursday nights at the Grange Hall, State Road in West Tisbury. Showtime is at 8:00 p.m., with a short introduction before the film. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for those under 18. To round out this old-fashioned down-home evening, lemonade and popcorn can be purchased! The Tabernacle, Trinity Park in Oak Bluffs, shows films on Tuesday nights; admission $8 for adults and $5 for children.
