"Great for Families"

I operate under the premise that learning should be fun and that is exactly what you get when you visit the Everhart Museum.  This family friendly destination in the middle of Nay Aug Park offers three floors of exhibits including the African Art Collection, numerous artworks, the Natural History displays--which include my kids favorite--the Dinosaur and the glowing Rock room!

The Everhart Museum also offers great ongoing programs for adults and kids, such as the Early Explorers program for pre-k aged kids, summer and holiday camps, adult classes and workshops and more.

Make sure to check out the Everhart Museum with the kids, they are sure to love it!

"Real Dinosaur Exhibit"

Our 11 year old grandson was in heaven when we took him to the museum. They have a T-Rex lifesize fossil, and he wants to become a Palentologist, so it was a hit. A large bird exhibit. Many local scenes with native animals. A very nice way to spend an afternoon.

"Everhart Museum"

Permanent exhibits include a dinosaur hall, rock and mineral display, a bird gallery, and children’s gallery, as well as examples of American and European painting, prints, and more. The Everhart often attracts high-quality traveling exhibits, so be sure to call ahead and see what will be there during your stay.
