1 Review for Enchanted Island Amusement Park

"carnival-style fun"

My kids (ages 0-9) and I visited Enchanted Island with friends on a Friday afternoon in March so the weather was beautiful. The rides were perfect for my kids ages (not including baby). Any kids older than 10 or taller than 54" would not have enjoyed the simplicity of this park. There were tons of benches strategically positioned in the shade so as parents we could just sit and watch as our children went from ride to ride for 3 1/2 hours.  The workers were great with the kids. They were patient and helped them on and off all the rides. The bumper boats don't work well so the ride operator was in the water pushing the boats around for the kids. Head even making boat sounds!

I suggest getting all-day ride wristbands instead of tickets. If you have an Entertainment Book, a BOGO free wristband coupon is available on the app. My husband got an adult wristband, which was cheaper, because there are a couple rides that smaller children cannot ride without an adult, including the train (which would cost $5 in tickets as opposed to the $10 adult wristband). If you are not planning on riding the train, I'd skip the adult pass and save the money because most of the rides are off limits for anyone over 54". Watch the weather because this is an outdoor place.

The rides are simple/carnival style rides. Some are a little beat up looking. It is a little high priced, but my kids loved it. Great little place to spend the afternoon.
