"Way Cool!"
I went to this park at night to go on a turtle walk. It was very neat! We got some history on the Loggerhead turtles and even got to see one lay her eggs on the beach! It was amazing! The naturist/biologist was very friendly and knew a lot. It was a very nice park!

"rustic and wonderful"
we love edisto...its the complete opposite of myrtle beach... there is one gas station and lots of beach....the best place to just get away from everyone and enjoy nature rather than attractions. Rent a beach house for the week, grab your family and friends, and just relax.

"Edisto Beach State Park"
Edisto Island has amazing hiking and biking trails and the beaches are amazing. The park also has an environmental education center with some pretty good programs. If you are coming for a visit, buy your groceries before you get on the island. There is one grocery store with a limited selection and very high prices.
