"gritty but charming"

My hubbys mom loves this place...The cupcakes here are huge and delicious and only $3.  There are a ton of used books here for sale for dirt cheap which is cool.  The food I've gotten here besides desserts has been so so.  They use recycled & recyclable to-go cups which I like as well.  Most of the staff is very nice, only a couple of not so nice people.  I don't enjoy really sitting here for long because the chairs & sofas are very old and dirty-feeling.  but I guess that's what they consider part of the charm of the place.

"One stop spot for eats"

Adorable little homey cozy coffee/tea house that also has an ice cream parlor and used book store nestled in it as well. There's even an area by the books wher eyou can plop down on a cushy sofa or chair and enjoy. They have a yummy assortment of pastries and cakes, as well as vegan and gluten-free options. What I love about their used books for sale is they are dirt cheap and also all the money goes towards a local charity, Noah's Ark. Can't pass that up!
