"Great for kids!"
What a great day with the kids at Discovery Playground. The park is built around the theme of exploring "Washington State". There is a splash pad to cool off on a warm day. My son loved the bear dozing in the den. His favorite activity was digging for fossils. The playground has "traditional" playground equipment like slides & rock climbing along with an area to entice your senses. The herbal garden is very fragrant. There is a large shelter for a nice family picnic. I took many great pictures that captured the parks vibrant colors. My son was worn out after an afternoon at this playground. We are looking forward to returning on our next visit to Spokane.

"They should charge admission!"
This park is small, but absolutely amazing! They could easily charge several dollars admission and I would pay for it, but they don't! It's free! They have a splash pad, a sandbox, a giant pumpkin, trampolines, slides, everything! There is plenty for both older and younger kids alike, as well as parents!
