A huge mall with lots of outlet stores like Carter's, Children's Place, Nine West, Gymboree, etc. My favorite store is Burlington Coat Factory - wide variety of selections. The food court is huge. On weekends, its quite busy. They have entertainment areas like Medieval Times which adults and children will love equallyI've heard that the LEGO outlet store is cool, but have never checked it out. And there is a big Books A Million store there. I enjoyed browsing the books.
The prices in the mall as far as food and fun are pretty steep. More than what you usally find in the malls. There are plenty of things to do though, from pottery painting to carousel riding, and even a bowling alley and movie theatre. Lots to do, but more pricey than you'd expect. Each area of the mall has a different theme, so that's fun to see. You can also go in Bass Pro Shop and see a big tank of fish.
Definitely not one of the better malls. Has a weird layout and easy to get confused about where you are and where you came in. Has fun things for the kiddo's and the food court is nice. Love Bass Pro and all the things there are to do in there. Not many big name stores but lots of outlets.
Well, I have been to Opry Mills and then here as well. Opry Mills in Nashville is way better. Discover Mills is not very big and kind of out of the way from everything else in the city. It doesnt have very many well known and popular stores. I didnt buy anything and Im usually a big shopper and can find something anywhere I go. I wouldnt reccomment it.
This mall isn't a great browse and shop mall, but there is a ton for kids to do! They have a Dave & Busters, ice cream shops, Medieval Times, movie theater, skate park, little cars to race, and cosmic golfing. There are no stores that I'd drive there to shop at, but lots of entertainment!
Amazing. huge. My kids' favorites: Dave and Busters, Bass Pro Shop, the (l-o-n-g) train ride, ice cream from dq.
We went to eat at Dave and Busters then set out to explore the mall a little bit. This mall is so big though, it's impossible to just explore it. It warrants a well thought out plan to make sure you get to see everything you'd like to. We walked around quite a bit, rode the train, and there were still things we didn't get to see/do before the mall closed. There were parts of the mall that were very kid-friendly. One area even had a projector displaying lights on the floor and giving instructions for the kids to put this foot here or step on this color, etc.
I could have spent hours there and I'm pretty sure the kids would have hung in there with me.
