I took my 4 kids here after reading a review. They had a lot of fun. There are 3 activities to choose from. My girls made necklaces & my boys choose to do the digging. The price was OK, but anything multiplied by four is always a little pricey! After we had some yogurt and sat outside in the patios.
I am HIGHLY recommending this activity to ANY one with children. My daughter happens to love dinosaurs, but I feel like if they aren't that into them, they will be after this little adventure.
There are three activities to choose from. One activity is $10, two $18, and three $25.
There are sand pits where your mini paleontologists and geologists excavate real fossils and minerals from Jurassic sand quarries. They get to take home one of there finds. They let you stay as long as your child wants to in the sand pit. They get to brush the sand off with little brushes and find treasures. Once you find you find you can take it over to the observation lab where you can get a closer look.
Another activity is to make a shark tooth necklace. There are about 5 tables that have all the supplies you need. String, beads, shark teeth. So cute, so fun.
The last activity they offer is to open your own geo. That is an ugly rock that when cracked open reveals an amazing crystal like center. That geo is yours to take home.
The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and you can tell they are there for the kids. They also host birthday parties and have stuff to buy.
This is so much fun. The children get to learn and take something home that they feel proud of.
5 STARS all the way!!!!!!!
