"Free and fun!"
The Deerfield Hills Spray Ground in Colorado Springs is fantastic! My 3 year old had a blast running through all of the sprinklers. They have a rainbow, tall buckets that dump water, stationary spray guns, and so much more! And best of all, admission is completely free! The only downside is the lack of shade.

"Free Summertime Fun"
This park is so much fun! There is a large grassy area and covered picnic tables, a sandy playground, and a big splash playground. There are rainbows spraying water, flower buckets that fill and suddenly pour down, and spots that suddenly shoot up and soak kids. There are bathrooms to change clothes in, and even city employees that keep a good eye on the kids and help keep kids playing safely. We've been even with daycare groups and big kids playing, and it is still not terribly crazy. Definitely a fun place to go whether you are local, or vacationing and need something fun to do!
