You can head to the outdoor theater early to see the Daniel Boone Native Gardens, which features plantings unique to the area, native gardens, and unique architecture.
In addition to handsome hardscapes—a gatehouse, a complex of arbors and walks, and a reflecting pool—the garden features a bog garden, ferns, rhododendrons, and a whimsical meditation maze
