"A bit of nature"

If you happen to be in Jonesboro, Ar and can't seem to find much to do, then you can always head over to the natural state park. Bringing  kids on a nature walk wherever you may be is always a great healthy thing to experience with them in my opinion. They offer a playground and you can always pack up a picnic and just enjoy the lake and the trees and everything else mother nature intends for us to enjoy!

"Wonderful free park"

We loved this park while we were in Jonesboro. There is not much to do in Jonesboro, but craighead is wonderful.  Pavilion number 5 has a great water attraction for the kids and lots of ducks and geese to feed. There are lots of places to fish and wonderful sunsets over the lake.  The entire thing is free and lots of tracks for walking, jogging, and hiking.
