"One stop for food and shopping"

Everyone loves Country Cupboard! It has a large dining room with a buffet, sunroom, and fireplace.  They are very accomadating with large groups, parties, and children.  This is a family run place with really good food and prices.  After dinner you can stroll around the  very large gift shop, including a bakery, greenhouse, flower shop, clothing, and home decor section.  The landscaping around the building is very well done and beautiful.  It is a very convenient location although, it is worth going a little out of your way to make a stop here!  Oh, and they give the kids a wooden nickel to spend at the penny candy counter after eating.  How many places still do that?

"Destination Eating"

The Country Cupboard restaurant has been a destination for my family when traveling between our home and upstate PA.  We especially enjoy eating there on their seafood night.  They always have excellent food for a great price.  The shopping is a whole separate reason to visit Country Cupboard.  From country decor, to food, to outdoor statuary, there is something for everyone in the shops.

"Love to stop here"

This is a common stop for us when we travel between NY and VA.  We have been to their restaurant for breakfast and dinner and have never been disappointed.  I love that they give each of the kids a wooden nickle which they can turn in for penny candy.  They have a large area for shopping, and you can buy so many different things.  It's hard to walk through and not buy something.  They sell food stuffs, toys, items for the garden, clothes, and so much more.  It's a great place to stop, and the people there are very friendly.  If you're staying in the area, or even just driving through, I'd recommend stopping here.
