"Newark Community's Finest Park"

This is a great park for kids of all ages.  Both my 3.5 yr old and 1.5 yr old love this park!  There are two parks - one for older kids and one for toddlers.  Both of my boys were happy in the toddler area and there were plenty of toddler swings so no one had to wait for a turn.  There are lots of picnic tables and space for the kids to run around.  The toddler playground is shaded which is great for the littles ones.

"Newark"

A cute park for kids of all ages.  One playground for kids 3-4 and under and a bigger playground with a cool rock climing adventure for older kids.  Swings, sand, seating area for the adults to watch the kids, lots of shade, huge grassy area to run around.  The Newark Days Parade weekend is the best in Sept. and the carnival, car show and vendors selling is a must go to.  Lots of parking and bathrooms are in the community center building close to the playground.
