A wonderful place to go learn about the Pikes Peak region.  Ever changing exhibits to it's a great place to come back to again and again.

"Great Educational Trip!"

My family went to the Pioneers Museum together for the first time last week.  It was a really fun and educational trip for us, even though we have younger children.  My 3 year old enjoyed the scavenger hunt (with some help of course!) and my husband enjoyed reading about the history of our state.

"Free museum full of Colorado history"

We went on a school trip for our oldest study of our state history. The museum has papers for several age groups about the many different exhibits within the museum. My younger girls particularly enjoyed the scavenger hunt. I am so glad the city provides this great resource for us! We especially love the real Native American artifcats on display.
