add photosColchester Paintball is a great place for paintball beginners and experts. They accommodate groups from 10 to 150 people. Groups with reservations and 10 or more players always play alone unless they invite others to join the fun. Children as young as 10 are able to play.
We offer thirteen playing fields for the start of the 2009 season. We have a variety of courses. They include speedball, Christmas tree fields, forts, and woods.

"Great time for a 16th Birthday party!"
We booked a session for my sons 16th birthday. With 11 players (male and female), and 80% of us never having played before, we had a ton of fun! The staff/ref was fun and helpful. He kept the games moving, challenging, and gave us tips to keep improving. They cycled us through many different fields with different games and strategies.
Yes, it does sting when you get hit (you sure know it!), but that really helps you focus on staying covered and thinking out your moves! Several times one or two would sit out for a while until the sting wore off (me included), but then they'd get right back in. Afterward, we brought the gang to our place for food and a bonfire....the chatter and smiles were non-stop!
We can't wait to play again!
( I would not recommend this for younger kids like 10 year olds...unless they are pretty tough. Teenagers are all over this stuff though!)
