"Must Visit In Miami"

Coconut Grove is a must visit in Miami. It's a lovely plaza filled with restaurants, little shops, a movie theater and other forms of entertainment. The family will love the views and the restaurants. And if you love shopping like I do, there are plenty of great stores to visit!

"Worth a stop"

Coconut Grove is a typical shopping/entertainment district in Miami.  There are great brand-name shops, but also local boutiques and restaurants/bars to enjoy as well.  We love going to people watch, enjoy a cocktail or do a little shopping.  We also spent a lot of time here at the bars watching the NCAA tournament a few years back and had a great time!  There were fans from all over enjoying the weather, the fun, and the atmosphere.

"Great evening entertainment"

To walk around Coconut Grove and enjoy all the shops, restaurants and bars makes you feel that you are in true Florida and that you are in a fun place within Florida. It is easy access, fun, safe and so pretty.  Perfect to go out at night and meet friends.  There is always a band or musical group playing somewhere.  A must see in Florida....

"Coconut grove"

Great way to spend a day as you walk through many shops, restaurants, and also a movie theatre. With store ranging from baby gap to victorias secret. its an upper class lifestyle. At night theres also a lot to do with many night clubs around to enjoy the night dancing and partying !

"Fun with the Family"

If South Beach is the free-spirited youth of the family, then Coconut Grove is the
matured ex-hippie. With its chic shopping arenas and burgeoning arts scene, it is one
of Miami’s more fashionable neighborhoods. Try to visit during its Coconut Grove
Arts Festival in February, zany Bed Race in May, or colorful Goombay Festival in June.
The Goombay festival is the largest African-American festival in the United States,
featuring Bahamian Junkanoo bands and a sailing regatta. It recalls the district’s roots
as a community for migrating Bahamian seafarers. On Charles Avenue, you can see
many of their early homes, circa 1890.
“The Grove’s” shopping district takes on a holiday atmosphere around Grand
Avenue. (Take McFarlane Road off Bayshore Boulevard.)

"Nice place to shop and walk"

Its a small busy area with lots of shopping and restaurants. On the weekends it gets very busy with live bands and dancing.
If you are a tourist, you will enjoy it. Most locals will go there for happy hour or dinner.
