"Beautiful butterflies"

The glasshouse features two regions: Madagascar and Costa Rica. Our favorite is Costa Rica, where you will be surrounded by the beauty of the rain forest. Butterflies are everywhere. This actually scared my son the first time we went (when he was 2), but now he loves it. I recommend visiting in March during Orchid Mania. The exhibits of more types of orchids than you can imagine is amazing. During the holidays is another fun time to visit. There is a gingerbread house contest with some amazing entries. Kids will also love to visit in the summer when they can run around in the outdoor gardens. The Hershey Children's Garden can entertain kids all afternoon. It has fountains, a big sandbox, a play house and water pumps so kids can water the flowers.
