I really feel safe with their hand stamp to identify kids with their parents. There are so many fun games for the kids, and I love that everything costs 1 token, unlike other arcades. The food is
okay, just what one would expect.
My only negative comment is attending birthday parties here. I just felt like it was way too crowded and I felt like all the kids played by themselves rather than play with the birhday child.
We go to chuck e cheese a lot when we go to friend's house in stream-wood. This chuck e cheese is very nice, fun, nice environment and a nice place to be for kids and guardians/parents. Every time we go we take tons of coupons and use it without any problem. We buy nice pizza and soda and enjoy eating with our little ones. Our little ones always wants to eat so fast and leave us to go play/hang out in the chuck e cheese.
We had our son's 3rd Birthday at this Chuck E Cheese. From what I hear it's bigger than the one in Dundee. We had it Saturday morning so it was fairly empty. It was quite affordable compared to other venues and the toddlers (and some parents) had an enjoyable time. The food was surprisingly better than we expected. One of the parents remarked that this one had better games and better food than the one near them. There is also a toddler play area for younger children which is nice. They also assigned us a party planner which took care of everything. It was a successful, low maintenance party. We got lots of compliments from the parents.
