We loved visiting the Choo Choo barn. It is for sure one of our favorite places to stop. My kids were delighted to be there....now granted I have 2 boys. This is a family run business. The only thing I suggest is to see all of Lancaster and this be your last stop so can enjoy the miniature tourist attractions that the trains drive by.

This a favorite place for my kids to go with grandpa. They love watching all the little scenes taking place along the track. Compared to others I've seen I think this is a very well done model train exhibit and like I said the kids seem to love it. If you are in the area it is definately worth making a stop here.
The Choo Choo Barn has twenty-two operating miniature trains that chug through 130 animated scenes. If your kids are like ours, you’ll want to visit Thomas’s Trackside Station, a shop devoted exclusively to Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends from the Island of Sodor. All displays and restrooms are wheelchair accessible, but not all the shops are. If you get hungry, there’s a picnic area, candy shop, and Isaac’s Restaurant and Deli.
