"Cool off, chill out"
Our three year old loves to run through the fountains on a hot day to cool off after (or while) walking around downtown. Very family friendly with lots of places to sit, convenient restrooms, and plenty of room to run without getting too far. Shops, historic sites, museum, library, and restaurants aplenty... all within walking distance. Free parking after 6 p.m. and on weekends.

"Great community park!"
Center City Park is a great place to meet friends and start your evening or end the day with the kids. There is plenty of room to let the kids run around with a ball and plenty of seating for mom to relax. There is a great exercise series on Monday evenings, everything from African dance to yoga has been taught by the fountain.

"Great place to picnic while watching the water!"
Center City Park is conveniently located downtown Greensboro central to the Children's Museum and ArtQuest as well as the Public Library. Fabulous to picnic there on nice days. The water features are great entertainment. Very relaxing to watch! Great grassy area for the kids to run some energy off! Some evenings during the summer the city hosts concerts for the public.

"We love it!"
The kids have fun playing in the grass and running under the sprinklers. You can picnic and attend events here. It is located in downtown with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is very family friendly and great for those warm and even hot summer days.
