"great neighborhood park"

We lived in Cape Girardeau for over 6 years and went to Capaha numerous times.  There is a nice lake that is home to several waterfowl (so beware of what they leave behind in the grass and sidewalk).  There is a nice paved path around the lake, several pavilions and baseball fields.  Every Easter they host the citywide egg hunt, which brings out hundreds of neighboring children!  There is also a totland wiith playground equipment and an old train engine the kids can climb in and on top of.  Lots of fun to be had!
