The Strawberry Festival is fun if you live close enough. They have a lot of FOOD! Tons of places to buy food from. Jamba Juice, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Strawberry Funnel cakes, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Strawberry Beer & Wine, Fried Twinkies, Strawberry Nachos, I can go on all day, haha. They also have rides for kids to go on, all free, but with long lines! Tons of people set up their booths to sell everything to henna tattoos to lounging chairs, purses, clothes, pictures, candles, all kinds of things. Most items are expensive though, at least they were to me. It's a fun day to get out of the house and spend the day walking around and snacking :p I'm pretty sure they also have shows to watch, although I didn't want any. (ex. Magic shows, puppet shows, etc.)
