"Fun with the Family"

Our kids spent a carefree summer afternoon riding the current in tubes, occasionally dunking each other or taking time to see how deep the water was (not very). To protect your feet, remember to wear old sneakers that can get wet, and don’t forget the sunscreen. Bucks County River Country also presents other events in the woods, such as the nation’s largest haunted-woods hayride. Kayak, rafts, canoes and snuggle tubes also available.
Here a summary of our tubing trip from my son, Seth Paulson-Sacks (age 10)
We had to wait in a line and tell the people how much we weighed. Then they gave us the inner tubes. All the kids in my group tied their tubes together with a camp counselor. The current was strong. We had to paddle
so the current wouldn’t pull us away. Luke and Paul fell off their tubes so the counselor got off, held onto our tubes, and waited for them to get back on. When we were waiting, it felt like we were still moving
because of the current.
We saw a hot dog guy on a motorboat with big balloons on a string. You could buy hot dogs from him if you had money.
When we got back we found little frogs the size of ants and I caught three.
