Ski resort located in Utah's Big Cottonwood Canyon. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, ski lessons and night skiing.
You will love this Ski resort. It is really great for all those little snow boarders you have. Lots of great lifts. They have some really fun places to eat too. I think this resort is great for the price. They have really great runs and alot of powder usually.
Brighton is a good Mountain for beginner skiers and snowboarders but has lots of terrain for the experienced skier or boarder. The price is about average for a day on the mountain and the cafeteria has the standard slightly overpriced food but there is a lot of variety including a GIANT bowl of chili overflowing with cheese for about $5. The amount of parking is ample and even on some of the busiest days you can still park relatively close. One of the best things for beginners is the magic carpet so you can start learning without the nervousness of getting off a lift.
You will not be disappointed if you visit Brighton no matter what age category you fall into. No overly expensive great bang for you buck. Really nice terrain parks for you to pull out all your tricks. Great family resort reasonably priced. The night skiing is also wonderful multiple lifts and a great terrain park.
Great ski instructors, beautifully groomed runs, excellent hot cocoa! Need I say more? I LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort. I have snowboarded there for years, and have taken my niece and nephew (from about the ages of 9 and 7). Passes are realistically priced and worth the money.
I learned how to ski here when I was 4 years old. I went back with my son and found the resort as family freindly as it was back then. They have parent and toddler ski lessons on long, wide baby hills! On a beautiful big mountain that has many challenging runs for mom and dad. This resort was made for families and kids ski free!
