"Great outdoor walk"

This is a great location to take your children for a walk. It is absolutely beautiful any time of the year. The trails are easy to walk, so it is perfect for smaller kids. It is in a great area, with plenty of other activities so you can really plan a full day.

"Fun with the Family"

Surrounding Bowman’s Hill Tower but managed separately and with its own admission fee, Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve offers a breathtaking variety of wildflowers.
Check the Web site for information, directions, and bloom lists. From mid-March through October guided walks are offered at 2:00 P.M. daily. At any other time, there are self-guided nature walks. The Wildflower Preserve also has a children’s reading program, a weeklong summer day camp and many children’s programs. The third Saturday in July is Community Open House Day, a free event with guided tours offered all day, as well as music, nature crafts, and face-painting.
