"Great Place"
I take my boys there all the time. The place is great. The staff always friendly. They do have rules that are great to keep the kids safe. I Think it is a really enjoyable place. It really makes the kids tired which is nice. I suggest you visit. You will have a really good time. It is very affordable.

"Customer Service--non existent"
When you plan a party at a venue such as Bouncin' Kids, you do so partly so that someone else will be in charge and allow you the time to enjoy your son/daughter's birthday. THIS WAS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT. The staff was incredibly and noticeably absent for all parts of the event.
Never having given a party there before, I was new to the entire experience. The staff was NOT helpful, the place was dangerously overbooked, and I was left to locate my own plates, cups, utensils, cake knife, the ROOM--everything.
The list of complaints is too large to list in this small space. But I can say this: When I pay for a party I expect more than just a location. I expect service and attention. Furthermore, when it's a birthday party, it is a "one-shot deal". When the event is horrible, you can't get it back or get a do-over.
The day depends on the caring, attention, and preparedness of the staff. The staff was unprofessional, ill-equipped, and unorganized. The location was beyond UNSAFE. There was no supervision of ANY of the inflatables. Large numbers of children were in any given inflatable at one time. Children were being jumped on, knocked out, and battered due the numbers alone; not to mention the lack of supervision. Large children played in locations marked for small ones. The EMERGENCY EXIT was even left ajar so that ANYONE could have just snatched a child and no one would have ever been the wiser.
Please, do not ever visit this place and most definitely never use it for a birthday party. You'll be out more than money...you'll be out your patience, your trust, and most importantly..your child's birthday.

"Great for kids"
My son likes going to bouncin kids. He loves to interact with other children, since he is the only child. I haven't had any trouble with the staff, just other parents that will not follow team leaders rules. I believe in rules and I believe each child and parent should follow them. I would like to mention one dislike I have notice while at bouncin kids. The arena in the far back of the room , is dangerous, reason why I say this is because my son accidently rolled off the dougnut in the middle and went under it, and the children where still bouncin on it. It was horriable feeling for a parent to see there child gettin squash under this. NOT SAFE... I like to ask the OWNER to change this blowup soon as possiable. I am sure you have another blowups to replace these. Other than that, your bussiness is great, and so is the staff...

"family oriented"
I work for a church preschool and afterschool program. We love to book Bouncing kids for our field trips. The children have always had fun and have enjoyed themselves each and every time that they have been there. Where else can you take kids from 5 years old to twelve years old and keep all ages satisfied. Even the teachers get to bounce. If you haven't tried their group rates give it a whirl. You will be pleased.

"Great Place For Kids"
I take my nieces to Bouncin Kids ALL the time. They have so much fun! I also work at a Childcare center and have brought my class to Bouncin Kids. Every time I go myself and the children are treated very kind. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kim the owner is always talking to and playing with the children. It is a very fun and safe place for children to go (and it's inside so weather is never an issue). Bouncin Kids does inforce their rules, that is only for each child's safety. I would recommend Bouncin Kids to all parents or caregivers of young children!

"Is a great place for kids"
I take my kids to Bouncin Kids all the time. The kids have a great time. They do have rules and they are for the kids safety. As far as the staff is great they love the kids talk with them. To the women who said they are racist that is far from the truth they do have a all kinds of employee. I have been there when they have asked people to leave and it was because people where not following the rules and one person swore at the employee's. I don't blame them for throwing them out who wants their children to hear that. It is a a place for children after all.Thanks for a great time!

"Rude Staff and Management"
This place is horrible. I went there with my grandson for a birthday party. the staff was so horrible to me and my kids and asked us to leave. They are racist and rude. I am surprised that Kim, the owner was able to secure a license to operate. I will keep on until she is shut down!

"ugh..."
I do not like this place the kids like it of course but its rinky-dink small and not that exciting...Our moms group was going here about once a month and the staff was rude to us every time so we stopped going all together! Its really just inflatables...whoo hoo?

"bouncing off the walls"
My youngest son likes to go to Bouncin' Kids. He loves to climb the dragon over and over. We have been to Bday party and it was great. The kids had a blast. They are very strict about children keeping socks on for safety and will kindly ask you to leave if they do not comply with their rules. An hour drive from our home. Honestly, think it would do better in Hickory area.

"Bouncing Kids"
On our first trip we found the staff to be rude.We had a verbal exchange with a member of the staff, who threatened to call the cops over children not wearing their socks. But, the overall place is fun, children love bounce houses and this is in doors so you don't have to worry about the weather.
