"Kiddie Cove = Souped-Up McDonald's Play Place"

As previous reviewers have noted, Boondocks is LOUD and none too clean...but for three bucks, the "Kiddie Cove" play space can be an inexpensive place for your kiddos to run off some energy on those days that its too hot or too cold for the park.  This place features a four-story tall structure with lots of webbing to jump on, structures to climb, slides to zoom down and generally act like the little monkeys our kids sometimes are...  Boondocks also features an arcade with several ticket-producing games to help your kids earn cheap prizes.  (Of course, you'll spend more in tokens than anything is worth!)  The facility also features Miniature Golf, Go-Karts, Slick Track, Rookie Track, Bumper Boats, Laser Tag, Batting Cages, etc. but our girls are too young to enjoy many of these attractions yet.  Probably not a "destination" but if you're in the area and need a place to burn a couple hours, might be worth a look.

"Could Always Be Worse."

We have taken the girls here for the go-carts and always leave there feeling very stressed and...dirty. The place seems to be understaffed and it shows in the cleanliness of the place. The prices are decent but be prepared to stand in long lines in the summer time  for the go carts, batting cages or mini golf. We try to avoid this place if possible but driving by on the interstate lures the kids in.

"decide for yourself"

We've been to Boondocks several times and each time it seems like it gets just a little bit dirtier and a little bit louder. In my opinion, it is a waste of money and not a place you feel comfortable letting the kids wander off alone in. ( my oldest is ten)   If you have older kids that have a lot of disposable cash, this might be a fun place for them to burn off a few hours and a lot of cash.
