"Gorgeous!"

This is one of the most beautiful drives in the country. The mountains are covered in trees and mist. There are great hiking trails and look out spots along the drive as well. I have driven this many times, and yes it is quite windy, be careful for car-sickness and also just generally be careful like you would on any mountain road.

"Beautiful"

Unless heights bother you I dont know of anyone who would not enjoy this. There are walking trails and look outs all long the Blue Ridge Parkway. You dont want to miss a thing. In the Asheville area at some points you can even see the Biltmore house along with the rest of Asheville. There are many attractions on the way so be prepared to stop and enjoy the beauty of nature. If you like the scenic route this is for you.

"What a ride!"

The blue ridge parkway is filled with lots of fun things to do off of many different exits. Its a great drive to take in the fall when all the leaves have changed. Its very colorful. There are some windy turns so if you have kids that get car sick easily it might not be the best activity to do.
