"Fun with the Family"
Take a three-hour trip on the historic short-line Yreka Western Railroad from Yreka to Montague. A 1915 Baldwin engine pulls cars over the river through beautiful ranch-lands of the Shasta Valley with views of Mount Shasta. You get time in the quaint burg of Montague to have lunch, shop, and take a horse-drawn wagon ride, then return to the Yreka Depot, where model trains and railroad memorabilia are on display.
