This park is small with horribly, disgusting restrooms. But the reason I gave it four stars is due to the play equipment available for the children. It is not the typical swings, slides, and monkeybars. There are seats your children can sit in and spin, a big circle that goes around at a tilt, one of the slides has a climbing wall attached, there is a pole with a stand that your child can turn themselves around on. On the other side of the field there are two long teeter-toters.
What's nice for the adults is that there is a ton of shade.
This park was built back when I was a kid. So now it has wonderful mature trees that keep the play area shaded when the newer parks are just to hot for play. It was awesome back in the day, but as the years have worn on the play equipment, it has lost it's luster. Kids may not notice that some of the equipment is missing, but as things have broken or become a liabity issue, items have been systematically removed.
It is still enough play equipment for kids to get out their wiggles. I just wouldn't recommend the bathrooms unless you are desperate. The are not located in the open view and tend to get a bit neglected.
