Don’t miss a visit to this great view of the heart of the Appalachians. On a clear day you can see five states from the 100-foot observation tower at an elevation of 3,405 feet; there’s also an observation deck across the street. The kids will like the walk over an old-fashioned wood-and-steelwire swinging bridge that leads from the souvenir shop and cafe to the observation tower.
