Visitors to the Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park can complete a self-guided tour through the ghost town of Berlin, visit The Fossil Shelter, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, or tour the recently reopened Diana Mine that’s been restored to its original state. The mine is filled with artifacts as if the miners were still working there today.
Berlin-Ichthyosaur State Park is located 23 miles east of Gabbs, via State Route 844. The park is open all year but extreme winter weather may prohibit travel.
