"Kids will love it! Almost too big!"

This Bass Pro is everything an outdoor enthusiast could hope for - and more! The gigantic fish will undoubtedly be the biggest hit with the kids. My personal favorite thing was the ceiling! They have the bottoms of boats, ducks and other things hanging to give you an idea of what fish see from under the water.

Maybe it was because I was pregnant, but I found the size of the store to be exhausting! It's practically a mall! Be prepared to carry tired little ones if you don't have a cart or stroller!

"Guys in your family will love!"

Honestly you should definitely make this stop at least once. It's not like a regular Bass Pro. It's Bass Pro on steroids. =) lol They have all kinds of animals for your family to see (FOR FREE)! A shooting game thing it cost a little but not too much. and much much more. World record animals are mounted if you have a hunter in the family they will enjoy this. Kids will like it also!

"A must see and do!"

Every time we visit Springfield our kids ask to go to Bass Pro Shops.  Our two boys really enjoy visiting the alligator, turtles, and many fish tanks while there.  While the kids are enjoying all of the sites, Mom and Dad can pick up a coffee from Starbucks and cozy up next to the beautiful fireplace and recharge.  Be sure to visit the Bass Pro Outlet store, too.  There are many good deals to be had.  Before heading out, may I also suggest dining at the Hemingway's Restaurant located on the top floor for lunch or dinner.  If visiting on a Sunday, brunch is absolutely a must!

"so much fun for mom, dad and kids"

Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Mo is a great place to visit with the whole family.  Dad will love that you and the kids want to spend time in a sporting goods store.  You and the children will love walking around the huge store looking at all the living and non-living animals that they have displayed.  My kids favorites were the live alligator and the bear statues.

They also offer a wonderfully yummy restaurant that the whole fmaily will enjoy!

"Great place to experience in Springfield/Branson area"

If you're into the outdoors, you must visit this store. We really enjoyed seeing the giant fish tanks with HUGE fish and the turtle pond. This store also has special holiday activities for Christmas and Easter. It's super accessible with kids in strollers. Staff is really helpful and there is a wide variety of outdoor stuff!

"Fun for some! "

My husband and son enjoyed getting to visit. But not something I would choose to visit again. I will happily let my husband and son bond over hunting, camping, exhibits, etc,  while I go shopping elsewhere. Not for me. They do have a great restaurant, Hemingways, that serves an amazing brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

"Great experience"

You could easily spend an entire day here.  From the exhibits of live animals and fish to stuffed animal displays, there is something for everyone.  The shopping is great too with toys for kids of all ages that you just cant find anywhere else!  Lot of educational exhibits for the family to enjoy.

"My Husbands favorite place "

My husband LOVES to go to the bass pro shop. We go about twice a year and my son loves to go too! They have a lot of real stuffed animals and real live fish and other animals. They have divers that actually go in to the  huge fish tanks and feed the fish and you can sit and watch that is probably one of my sons favorite parts.

"A must see in Springfield!"

Everytime we go back to Missouri to visit family, my husband takes our 4 kids (ages 4,5,6 and 7) to Bass Pro Shops to look around. They are always amazed at the animals they see there, and come home with loads of stories to tell. This is a great, fun, FREE fieldtrip for anyone who can resist all of the retail temptation surrounding them! ;)
There is a nice place to eat inside (save that for a romantic date!) and all of the camping, fishing, hunting, outdoor equipment you would ever need. 5 stars!

"Great shopping experience!"

Bass Pro Shop is not just about shopping. It's an experience. They carry such a wide variety of things for adults and children. Their clothes are up to date and great quality. They have an amazing choice of shoes for all ages, male and female. The decor is an experience in-and-of-itself. A large fish tank and turtles too.

"For big and little boys alike!"

My husband and son were in testosterone heaven... and lets face it, Mom thought it was cool too! They also have a huge indoor zoo type thing there, but it was closed for renovation while we were there. This is the absolute BIGGEST Bass Pro Shop in the world. Within the store are all sorts of taxidermy animals, and a bunch of live ones too. Don't miss the outlet next door... a low key, hidden gem with great discount prices  - if you're there to shop.

"BassPro"

This store is great for families, you could easily spend a day inside the store.  It has both stuffed and live animals, and even shows.  Currently it is under construction, but the new wildlife exibit will be something to see.  There is also a wonderful restaurant (Hemingway's) located on the top floor.
