“Attending the Fiddle & Dance Camp at Ashokan is sheer joy—a week of intense music-making, dancing, eating, talking, laughing, communing with nature, and listening to some of the finest music around. The Fiddle & Dance Camp is essentially about becoming part of a community. Participation is from beginners to professionals, all ages, we learn new things together and build strong connections with each other. I should also mention that the place is absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic, and after my first camp session there in 1986 I’ve returned with great enthusiasm every year.”

through shared experiences in nature, history, and the arts."
