At Halloween, the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center holds a fun event called Pumpkin Patch in the pool.  They throw hundreds of pumpkins into the pool and you can swim around and find your perfect pumpkin.  Other fun fall activities and games are available.  ($3 kids, $4 adults)

"Only Public Pool in town"

Other than the usual swimming holes - lakes or ymca, the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center is the only public swimming pool in Bellingham.  It's located on the south side of Bellingham and is easily accessed from the freeway (I-5).  Be sure to check out discounted swim times and if you are interested in classes, be sure to check out the class schedule.
