"Fun and lively!"

Even those who may not be a fan of malls will not want to miss this one. The atmosphere is always so family-like and lively. There is a large variety of stores inside and during the holidays the whole building is decked out in decor. There is a larger food court, bookstore, movie theater, and other big name restaurants in the next building over. And just in that area alone there is yet another large century movie theater, retail stores, and more restaurants. Traffic can get busy but it is always moving constantly. All in all, there's no way that you can become bored here at the mall and the area surrounding it.

"Good but always too busy"

The Arden mall has a great selection of stores but parking is always a nightmare and the mall is always packed. I much prefer the Roseville Galleria Mall. The Galleria is in a safer neighborhood, parking is a breeze if you park in the Sears garage, and the mall is rarely shoulder to shoulder even on Christmas which is great if you're pushing a stroller or chasing after a 2 year old. :)

"At least there's a play area"

Arden Fair Mall is not the best mall; it's better than Downtown Plaza but that isn't saying much.  The play area  (near the food court) is small but keeps my two (aged 3 & 6) occupied while the hubby and I finish our dinner.  Plus there is a lot to be said for food court dinner - everyone eats what they want.  The mall has a good selection of kids' stores: Gymboree, Janie & Jack, The Children's Place, Baby Gap, etc.

"Great Mall for Kids!"

The Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento is a great mall for kids! There are a ton of kids clothing stores such as Abercrombie Kids, GapKids, Kids Footlocker, and The Children's Place. Plus there are many other stores that cater to kids in general such as Pottery Barn Kids, Build-a-Bear Workshop, LEGO store and a Disney Store! My son was only 11 months old last time we went so I think I had more fun but next time we go I'm sure he'll have a blast! The food is pretty good too with Auntie Annes, Carl's Jr, Cinnabon, Cold Stone, Jamba Juice, Mrs. Fields and more. Great place to spend an afternoon.
