This is the nation’s first warm-weather, year-round, multi-sport Olympic training complex, which complements the U.S. Olympic Committee’s other training centers at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Lake Placid, New York. The 150-acre training site includes a fifty-lane archery range and support building; a six-bay boathouse and a 2,000-meter course for canoeing, kayaking, and rowing; a cycling course and support building; a synthetic surface field hockey pitch and support building; four regulation grass fields and support buildings for soccer; a four-court complex and support building for tennis; a 400-meter track and support building; and a separate, dedicated five acre throwing area for field events. In the Copley Visitors Center, a short film captures the dedication and emotion involved with the Olympic movement. After the film, you’ll be taken on a narrated tour of the 150-acre campus. Inspiring!
